payment Payment Terms

Payment terms are individually specified in respective contracts. By default, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. In case of default, we reserve the right to suspend services.

copyright Intellectual Property

All analytics methodologies, strategies, and materials developed by ProductanalyticsHub remain our property until full payment is received. After full payment, rights to solutions specifically developed for you transfer to you.

security Liability and Warranty

ProductanalyticsHub is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability is limited to the contractually agreed amount. We warrant the proper execution of our analytics consulting services.

cancel Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. In case of contract violations, the contract may be terminated without notice.

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

These terms are subject to English law. The place of jurisdiction is London, United Kingdom, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
